What You’ll Do

• Generate and develop residential and commercial roofing leads
• Perform property inspections for storm, hail, and wind damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
• Assist customers from inspection through project completion
• Work closely with project managers and production teams
• Maintain customer communication throughout the process
• Use company CRM and technology platforms to manage leads and pipeline
• Represent TLC professionally in the field and in the community
